Medtronic is a world-wide company. We played just a tiny role in one of its product launches. Our challenge was to get cardiologists to pay attention to the company's new device for the treatment of heart failure. Medtronic sales representatives were not successful at getting enough time in front of their physician-customers to educate them, so we used a tried and true method that would cause the doctors to self-educate.
